It really looks crazy to others when you are your complete authentic self. You don’t ask anyone’s permission to be the odd one out. You stand out because you are not playing a role to be liked. You stand in your own energy and don’t try to justify it. It took four decades to be okay to just be me, and I love it.
What it looks like to be a genuine person is exactly how it was when we were a children. For most of us there was freedom. Like being happy about the small things or doing something that we enjoyed so much so that the time passed us by, but would love to get back to. Being expressive innocently having our needs and wants met. Laughing uncontrollably at our favorite programs, relaxing when time to do so without feeling guilty or listening to our bodies when we were done with something and moved on to something else. We were once guided by our own internal guides without even realizing it.
I realize as adults that we have responsibilities attached to us like marriage, professions, children and families we have to manage, but within that we also have to be ourselves respectively to keep a healthy balance for our mental and heart health. Those roles aren’t us and we aren’t defined by them. We don’t fit in just one box but we manipulate many energies. Most of that problem that we carry on is the beliefs of what others think about us. We care too much about it and start to believe it ourselves. I am someone’s mother, but I’m not, ‘mother.’ I can sing, but I’m not a singer. Those are titles, but they aren’t me. It’s not my true identity. I just manipulate the roles because i can hold the energy. These roles can become so indoctrinated that it even seems foreign to dissect it. It is what we’re used to. It is hard to unlearn the mind.
We all have been operating from the head space rather than the heart space. The head space is easier to control, it’s the predictable program. When we only power up the grid with our minds, we cannot tap into the heart. The heart is an impossible read. It’s spiritual and uncontrollable..and conscious. That’s what makes the authentic one foreign. Most can see the authenticity and call it fake because it operates multidimensionally. Those types are aware that they work in many different ways that may look contradictory, but they’re always in balance as they use what life calls for. They use their discernment when navigating. It’s like being invited to a place and dressing accordingly.
If I am presenting something to a crowd, group or audience, my persona will change giving a presentation. But if I’m just talking to my friends, I’m relaxed in the conversation that is trusted. If I am speaking to a stranger, it is usually light and short. Many will say that I am an angel, others may say that I am a devil, but it is only in the perspective of the observer and it is always the reflection of themselves. It’s a self portrait that we cannot escape from because we cannot admit that we have many faces of our own as well, but will deny or are completely unaware of ourselves. We want to perceive ourselves as one way. We want to believe that we have one switch, but operate off many emotions.
In reality, most of us seek divinity. We must face the truth of our existence. If we refuse to find ourselves, we can never attain enlightenment, and if we cannot find that, we can never be in sacred communion with God.
