Mandala Effect

Mandala from the Heart of Change

You may have heard the term that, ‘we are all connected.’ It’s been hard to wrap my head around it because it seems so expansive in text as well as an explanation. It is a puzzling term where we may see it just as having a relatable experience or physical connection, and that seems logical! But even though those reasons are self explanatory, there is even a more deeper understanding to the term.

We may make choices whether they are grand or minor, but there is a ripple effect going on within our universe where we make decisions that cannot only affect ourselves but the people around us. It starts with us, one small choice or a move of the dial and it can lead to a drastic shift or a small one. There are many instances where we can go through bad marriages or habits that can take a toll on our nervous systems and our loved ones.

We can find in our family tree a history of our health and wellbeing in reflection of how our ancestors lived and see those similarities that we suffered or thrived in the same way. It’s in the genetic structure of our bloodlines. This started within us and moved out toward our descendants into the populace.

Our communities get affected by how we treat and reside with one another. We may find someone that we can relate to and feel a familiarity as a kindred soul, or we can also meet with someone we may not share in anything with, and become abusive with them. The choice is always up to us in how we connect to others. But within that choice, there is a reflective outcome that may bring a negative energy or positive one to impact a group, city, state or nation that weaves us together in many different ways.

The ancients have told us, as well as the biblical script that, what is within us, is also without us, and what is done in earth, is also done in heaven. And what we like to think is new, is old, and what is old, is refined as new. This is the cyclical nature of the world, the clock and the womb. We are all connected because we are the mandala a(e)ffected.
